Fear of Working Out in Front of People..

We know the feeling.


You’ve decided to change your habits. You’ve purchased the gym membership. You’re ready! But.. 

You’re scared.

“What if I look silly? How does my body look? What if everyone knows that I’m a beginner?” 

Stop it.

If you’re afraid of working out in front of other people… then we have some news for you:

NOBODY IN THE GYM IS WATCHING YOU.

Seriously.

You know what people are actually watching? Themselves.

They’re not watching you. They’re not laughing at you. They’re not judging you.

Nope. They’re watching themselves.

And deep down, they’re probably struggling with the same insecurities that you’ll be feeling.

That’s life.

So never let social fear prevent you from improving your life.

Because the only way to become that expert in the gym.. 

.. Is to show up for Day 1. Then show up for Day 2. Then Day 3. Etc. 

JUST SHOW UP, and remember that everybody started as a beginner.
